I bought my first camera at 25. Once I got that roll developed and saw how awful they looked, I was completely obsessed on trying to improve.
Nearly ten years later, I'm forever thankful I didn't toss the camera out the window with those pictures that day - and believe me, I was oh so close. But fortunately photography became a great way for me to tell my stories. It gives me the opportunity to explore, observe, and discover life. When you really look at things and listen, wonderful stories surface. They find a way out.
I have a pretty simple philosophy... Be curious. Work hard. Be kind.
